A must have vendor if you are planning a wedding!

Big Day Display was an absolute dream to work with! They completely took the stress out of decorating for our wedding and gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. From start to finish, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail.
The decor looked absolutely fantastic — elegant, thoughtful, and exactly what we envisioned (if not better!). Knowing that this part of the day was in such good hands allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding.
I would highly recommend Big Day Display to anyone looking for beautiful, stress-free wedding decor and a team you can genuinely trust. Thank you for making our day so special!

Can’t recommend enough!

Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful company. From start to finish Kaila and her communication was on point. Any ideas I had were listened to & implemented, even if they did seem a bit off key for a wedding! It all came together beautifully at the end. We went for the platinum package and so pleased we did.

Fantastic decor that made our day even more beautiful!

Big Day Display were fantastic. They turned our vision into reality. We quickly received a quote with everything we wanted at the time and they were flexible when we changed our minds on what we wanted! They set up the rooms on the day and everything looked beautiful and we didn't have to lift a finger to get everything packed away and removed in the morning they were so efficient! They got excited with us whilst planning and I they made the process so easy. I would recommend to anyone. 5*

Absolutely perfect

We had the pleasure of having Big day display decorate our wedding venue. From the beginning they were wonderful, very helpful and fast responses. They had a lovely range of decor to choose from and on the day they displayed it all perfectly, we had many people give compliments throughout our wedding and it made the day so much less stressful for us. Fantastic roses

Absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The way she styled our wedding aisle and reception room completely blew us away. The amount of red roses was breathtaking — it transformed the space into something truly magical. She listened carefully to my theme and somehow made it even better than I could ever have imagined. Communication was outstanding throughout, which made the whole process stress-free. Honestly, without her, the room would have looked so plain. With her touch, it was elegant, romantic, and unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Absolutely stunning

Highly highly recommend Big Day Display
From the moment I saw them at a wedding fayre I knew instantly I wanted them bit seeing there work on my wedding day was something else it was absolutely beautiful. Nothing was to much trouble Kaila was so easy to talk to the quality of her products and flowers and design is just perfect they made our wedding just perfect I think decoration is a big thing and we was so happy even our guest had commented how beautiful it looked and that's thanks to Kaila and her husband.

Perfect, amazing, beautiful!!

Everything that was done for our wedding day was absolutely incredible. We picked what we wanted and Kaila added a few touches to the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for more. They made our day even more special than it already was. An absolute pleasure to work with. We knew what we wanted and Kaila was there helping us through the whole process giving ideas and different options. Couldn’t recommend them enough. The day was perfect and working with Kaila was stress free and fun.

Beautiful Venue Dressing

Kaila really helped with deciding what decorations to use for the venue based on taste and the mood of the venue and wedding itself. The venue was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our favourite decor was the giant illuminated LOVE letters and rustic accessories.

Incredible venue stylist

Right from the very first contact Kaila was absolutely fantastic. We had several planning calls and many emails, nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfection

Big Day Display were such a big part in making our wedding day so special, they provided ALL of our decorations for our day. Throughout the whole planning process, Kaila was so flexible, quick at responding and so helpful. Suggesting ideas and colours that would compliment each other and the end result was just perfect. Better than I could have imagined. There was no stress in planning with Big Day Display and I cannot recommend them enough.

Wedding decoration ceremony too and wedding breakfast

We attended a wedding fayre at the venue we chose for our big day, we saw Big Day Display there and fell in love with the set up they did there. This is what we chose the moon gate was the perfect back drop and the colours were bang on what I wanted for ceremony room and wedding breakfast room. Kaila was always on the other end of the phone to answer any question big or small the team were 100% always there.

One big thank you to Big Day Display for making our day perfect with no hassle.

Amazing!!!!

From the moment we enquired about their packages and meeting Kaila & Lee at the wedding show, they were so helpful and friendly. They kindly put together their recommendations in a pdf and their choices were spot on what we had pictured for our day.
They kept us in loop and were thoughtful in asking about the little things.
Everything looked incredible on the day and such great quality. We received so many compliments from people saying how beautiful it was...they were not wrong.
We want to say a massive thank you to them for everything they did for our wedding and would highly recommend them. 5 stars 🌟

We had such a fantastic experience with Big Day Display running up to and during our wedding day (20.07.2024).
The team were so friendly and accommodating to our needs and wants for our wedding and were very responsive over email. We felt at ease from the start.

On the day they came early to set up which allowed us time to add in our own small bits and to dress the room. We had a small hickup with the venue, not having a easel they promised us however, Big Day Display were there to help and rectify this problem for us even offering to bring down one of their own.

The decor they use is just gorgeous. We went for the rustic theme and fell in love with their wooden moon gate, sweet cart and love signs. The tables were dressed beautifully and we could tell time and care had been put into the overall aesthetic and image.

Would highly recommend and use again for any future events.

Incredible Incredible Incredible!

We cannot recommend Big Day Display highly enough. They took a plain barn and made it into a mind blowingly beautiful wedding venue. Nothing was too much trouble for them; every question answered and with care. We let them have free rein of the decor as we could see they were the experts but what they did exceeded any expectation we could possibly have had. The ceremony room, the wedding breakfast room and every space in between became beautiful with their decor when their ideas came to life. They worked so very hard setting up and packing away, all done with a smile and helping out other suppliers too. If you are looking for wedding decor then look no further- Big Day Display are simply the best. We are so grateful for everything you did to make our big day look sensational- you guys are perfectionists!

The best venue stylists for miles

I would recommend BDD to everyone!! From the moment I booked, their communication and kindness was unparalleled to those I got from other venue stylists and their value is unmatched. If you are thinking you might need styling to make your venue more beautiful then absolutely do it, it was so worth it for me - My mum cried at the ceremony room on first time seeing it and I had sooo many guests comment on how beautiful the entire set up was. I could not be happier and I don't plan on another wedding but if I did, I would 100% use them again!

Hire them today before your wedding date gets booked

What can I say about Big Day Display......I could say some words like amazing and beautiful but they wouldn't do them justice. If you don't hire Big Day Display, you're making a huge mistake!!! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Everyone, and I mean everyone (including the Registrar, venue and photographers) commented on their decor style. They used words like 'upper class standards'. Kaila and the team made everything so simple and stress-free. They had lots of options available i.e. different packages, colours, styles etc. Communication was excellent from enquiring to my wedding day.

When I first saw them at a wedding show (two years before my wedding) I took a leaflet and thought their display looked lovely, so I contacted them the next day but unfortunately my wedding date was taken. I booked with another provider. However, a few weeks later Kaila contacted me and said that my date had become available - I immediately paid the deposit to secure it. And the rest just flowed into place.
Trust me you won't be disappointed.
